Construction OS
Caprock Construction
Operator production OS — bid desk, ops, Green Money Map for a construction package.
Open Caprock →Work
One sanitized narrative of the services motion below. Caprock, Apex, and Cottonwood Bend are separate openable objects — not that story, and not claimed client results. Named client dollars stay under NDA.
Software-led selling
Sanitized example — composite names, not a named-client case study. No public dollar figures.
Software-led selling: an operator walks into a strategic-account meeting with working software preloaded with that buyer’s own assets — measured, scored, prioritized — not a slide deck.
Ridgeline stands in for a paving / infrastructure contractor. Northshore stands in for a large institutional property-owner portfolio — thousands of sites, among some of the largest property owners in the United States. The strategic account will not buy another deck; they need to see their own assets in working software.
AI on bidding, margin governance, and assessment from aerial imagery so the team can prioritize what to sell and what not to. Qualitative capability only — no invented ROI or pending result gates. The personalized tenant for the buyer is not a cold start.
On the order of five working days, a working personalized tenant for the Northshore meeting: buyer assets loaded, scored, and ready to walk. In the room, the reaction in spirit was that they had never seen their portfolio presented that way — paraphrased, not a named quote. Cadence of shipping between meetings — not a code license on a shelf.
Roughly 80–90% platform core plus a personalized last mile per account, stood up in days. Independent review gate before anything goes in front of the buyer. The commercial relationship is the motion and the partner — not a seat count.
We embed as the agentic AI partner — design, build, run. Or we teach sales, delivery, support, and engineering to run the motion inside their walls. Both start at the P&L AI Value Diagnostic.
The pattern is not construction-only — the same motion shows up in services, logistics, and manufacturing.
Demos you can open
Separate from the Ridgeline narrative. Numbers inside are synthetic so we can show the shape of the work without publishing client figures.
Construction OS

Open Caprock →Operator OS
Operator OS demo — briefing, org, and pulse on a live operating model.
Open Apex →Energy VDR
Buy-side energy visual data room — asset map, LOE, documents, AI diligence on the P&L.
Open Cottonwood Bend →What a week looks like
Intake → working session on your P&L lines → prioritized opportunity map delivered in 5 business days from that session. Then build / run / measure if we continue.
Fit pass on a live file under NDA → Visual Data Rooms Ready in under 24 hours → rooms can be archived at close (archived rooms still count toward Studio limits unless moved to cold archive — talk to us). Same diagnostic door.
Named client results in construction, energy, and infrastructure are available under NDA in a conversation with Luther. We do not publish named client dollar figures here until they are reconciled.
How we operate ourselves
In Q1 2026 our own AI token spend more than tripled against flat productivity. We engineered the fix — rule-based work at fixed cost, value-maximizing model routing — and that discipline shows up in the systems we ship. It is how we work; it is not a substitute for client proof.
Operators and deal teams — same diagnostic URL, different path.
